Osteoarthritis and Arthritis: Dietary Habits
ANTI-OSTEOARTHRITIS AND ANTI-ARTHRITIS NUTRITION PLAN
Many joint-related issues, including osteoarthritis and arthritis, can be managed and prevented by following specific dietary habits. The Anti-Osteoarthritis Diet® is a nutritional regime based on a selection of pure, preferably organic and unprocessed ingredients. The way food is prepared, it is also important for both joint health, and the overall body. This dietary plan has been specifically devised to reduce inflammation while providing a balance intake of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, fibers, and protective phytonutrients for the joints at the same time. This nutrition program is not for weight loss, although it often contributes to reduce weight. It is specifically designed to prevent these diseases.
HOW ANTI-OSTEOARTHRITIS AND ANTI-ARTHRITIS NUTRITION WORKS
The nutrition plan is based on ‘removing’ and ‘adding’ some type of foods which is personalized for each patient based on the results of specific exams, like saliva, urine, and blood tests at the National Osteoarthritis Centers in Monza and Milan.
