I'M INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT. HOW CAN I BUY THEM?
It is possible to buy Algosfree products only online on our website.
I WOULD LIKE TO BUY ONLY THE TABLETS / ONLY THE CREAM. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
No, this is not possible nor advised. The best results are obtained using the three products simultaneously, as they have a synergistic effect. The guidelines of the CNA di Monza recommend taking the products at the same time. On our website you can choose to buy a kit for 1 month or 3-6 months treatment.
IN WHICH STORE CAN I GET YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are not available in store, they can be bought only on this website.
"I TAKE OTHER PRODUCTS/DRUGS...", OR "I'M AFFECTED BY ...". CAN I TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Algosfree' products are thought to help in case of arthritis and other joint disorders. In case of concomitant pathologies or existing drug terapies the intake must be discussed with your doctor, in order to avoid possible interactions. It is important to remember that any individual may present a different situation and that our products are not intended to be conflicting with any medical advice you may receive.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Our products can be bought by using Credit Card (including prepaid cards) or using a PayPal account. In both cases, Algosfree makes use of PayPal, a fast and safe standard service for online payments.
- Credit Card: after the checkout, click on "Don't have a PayPal Account?" (see the imagine below), then go ahead with the purchase specifying the type of Credit Card you are using and filling the relative form.
- PayPal Account: after the checkout, click on "Pay with my Paypal account", then go ahead with your purchase with your login references and follow the system instructions. Users who don't have a PayPal account can create it during the confirmation of the order filling the relative form.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR A CREDIT CARD. HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Unfortunately the purchase of our products is only available through Paypal. In case you do not have a credit card, it is possible to get a prepaid card to create your own Paypal account.
HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN ALREADY PAID?
If your order has been paid but not shipped yet, you can modify your data and address for delivery. It is not possible to change the list and number of items purchased. If the order has not been processed yet by our partner delivering company, it is possible to proceed with a refund.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?
Orders are delivered by Express Courier Bartolini, at a cost of € 12,00 for the purchase of a 1-month kit, regardless of the geographical area (in Italy). As for the 3/6 months treatment there are no further costs for shipments to Italy.
DO YOU DELIVER THE ORDERS ONLY IN ITALY?
No, we deliver worldwide.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our partner Bartolini provides to the customer a tracking code within 48 hours from the order. This is only available for orders with destination Italy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
In Italy, deliveries take approximately 3 working days. In other countries, this may take up to 7 working days. It is recommended to always provide a phone number to be contacted in case of necessity.
WHAT ARE THE COUPONS? HOW CAN I USE THEM?
Coupons were designed for our customers, in order to let them buy our products with a better value.They are generated automatically by the system and sent by email to our registered customers (e.g. Happy Birthday discount). They have to be used before the expiry date specified in the email.
