Algosfree products are available for purchase online through our portal and on Amazon.

I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ONLY THE TABLETS OR THE CREAM. IS IT POSSIBLE?

The National Osteoarthritis Centers in Monza and Milan recommend the use of the anti-osteoarthritis kit for optimal benefits. It is not possible to purchase Arthro Bos and Arthro Wil supplements separately. However, you can purchase Arthro-Mac and Arthro-Cap Plus (minimum quantity of 5 units) separately, as they are recommended also for muscle and tendon pain.

Algosfree products are natural supplements to treat osteoarthritis. In cases of any specific condition or assumption of medications, it is recommended to talk with your healthcare provider before the assumption of our supplements.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Algosfree products can be purchased with Credit Cards (including pre-paid cards like Postepay) or through a PayPal account. For both payment methods, Algosfree uses PayPal, a standard secure and fast service for online purchases.

- Credit Card: When reaching the checkout page, on the payment section, click the option "Don't have a PayPal Account?”, and proceed with the purchase of the products by selecting the type of Credit Card and entering the details.

- PayPal Account: When reaching the checkout page, on the payment section, click the option "Pay with my PayPal account," and proceed with the purchase of the products by entering your credentials and following the instructions. Users without an existing PayPal account can create it during the payment process by entering the required information. Note: Credit card details are managed by PayPal and are not stored by Algosfree.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR A CREDIT CARD. HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Algosfree products cannot be purchased with cash on delivery or bank transfer. If not holding a credit card, a Paypal account can be created and the payment can be made using a pre-paid card.

HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID?

For an order that has already been paid and not shipped yet, and not yet shipped order, it is possible to still change the billing and shipping details. However, the list of products ordered cannot be modified. If the order has not been dispatched to the courier yet, you can have your order cancelled, and request a credit note that will be transferred to your PayPal account. You can then place a new order.

HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?

Shipping is handled by BRT courier at a fixed cost of €12.00 (for Italy). When purchasing the anti-arthrosis kit 3-month supply, shipping fee is included (for Italy).

We ship throughout Europe.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING CODE OF MY SHIPMENT?

BRT will send the tracking code by email within 48 hours from placing the order. The estimate time may vary for orders placed on Fridays and weekends. For shipments outside Italy, the tracking code is not available.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME FOR ITALY AND ABROAD?

For deliveries in Italy, the estimated time is about 3 working days. For international shipments, it varies from destination to destination. It is generally around 7 working days. Regardless of the destination, we recommend , before confirming the order, to make sure the address is correct and provide a valid phone number.
