SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Algosfree delivers to all European countries. Ypu can check the estimate of shipping charges, before paying, by clicking on "Estimate of shipping cost and taxes" box in the “My cart” page. The invoice is sent by email to the customer within 24 hours from the time the order is received. BRT courier delivers the products and sends the tracking code of the package by email within 48 hours from the order shipment (weekend excluded). The tracking code is not available for shipments outside Italy.

Algosfree doesn't share customers' personal information with other companies or organisations. For further details, please read here.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Customers can request to return or to replace goods following the information below:

- goods can be returned within ten days from the date of purchase by filling this contact form: contact us.

- good must be returned unused and well packaged within 30 days from the time the return request has been placed.

After receipt of the products, Algosfree will refund or replace the goods providing they are in good conditions and unused.

ORDERS AND CHECK OF THE ORDERS

It's possible to buy Algosfree products as simple guests or as registered users. Customers can check the orders using the control panel or consulting the following form.

PAYMENT METHODS

Algosfree products can be purchased by using Credit Card (including prepaid cards) or a PayPal account. In both cases, Algosfree uses PayPal, a fast and safe service for online payments. Credit Card information is managed by PayPal and is not stored by Algosfree. All products prices and shipping charges are inclusive of VAT.
